Junior Office Manager

We are looking for a highly-motivated Office Manager to handle all office, administrative and operational tasks. 


·        Managing the office and given administration support across the organization

·        Making office supplies arrangements

·        Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment

·        Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs

·        Responsibility for attendance reports

·        Support HR Team

·        Being part of the welfare team

·        Responsible for the cleaning team


·        Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

·        Service oriented

·        Independent with a "can do" attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks

·        Proficiency in English – Required.

·        Proficiency in MS Office

·        Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

·        Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·        Positive attitude, a team player

·        Proficiency in English

·        Willingness for a full-time job 09: 00-18: 00
