Sales Manager Demand Generation

AnyClip is looking for a highly motivated and well-connected advertising sales professional to manage the day-to-day operation of its Direct Demand business.

Reporting to the VP Global Sales, the Sales Manager Demand Generation will be responsible for identifying and growing relationships that drive video demand. The Sales Manager will work directly with existing demand partners, SSP’s and DSPs and Networks to monetize AnyClip’s inventory. The Sales Manager Demand Generation will also build relationships with brands and advertisers and has a track record of exceeding revenue goals, as well as technical knowledge and strong relationships.

·      3+ years of work experience in a similar role with a focus on programmatic, PMP deals, direct campaigns, with a strong understanding of advertiser KPIs and requirements

·      A rolodex on the SSP, DSP, Network and advertiser side of the Demand business

·      Proven ability to build relationships and grow revenue from existing partners while acquiring new customers

·      Passion for selling, hunting, engaging with clients over the phone, in person, at conferences

·      Technical knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem

·      Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

·      Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently - This is an individual contributor responsibility

·      BA/BS degree or equivalent
