Director of Publisher Sales

AnyClip is looking for a highly-motivated Director of Publisher Sales to join its growing US team and establish an LA office. Reporting to the VP Global Sales and working closely with the inside sales team in NY, the Director of Publisher Sales will identify and develop profitable relations with premium publishers, website owners, and various global online media companies on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding AnyClip’s premium publisher network on the West Coast
  • Managing entire publisher sales cycle and pipeline from prospecting to deal closing
  • Negotiating small and large media deals for video monetization
  • Providing market intelligence and product feedback to internal stakeholders, as well as partners and customers
  • Traveling throughout the country with a focus on the West Coast


  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Performance and goal oriented
  • An extensive rolodex of publisher contacts
  • Experience working with direct publishers
  • AdTech or AI experience - preferred
  • Knowledge of the digital industry, market trends, and major players
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Innovator and fast thinker
  • Experience managing Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and manage a team - This is an individual contributor responsibility with a future goal of establishing and leading a sales team
  • Team player
  • Ability to travel
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
