AnyClip is looking for a highly motivated and well-connected digital sales professional to drive its video demand growth initiative.

 

As an important member of the NYC based Demand Sales team, the Sales Manager, Programmatic position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Demand Sales and is responsible for driving programmatic video demand revenue. The Sales Manager, Programmatic will work directly with critical clients at Agencies, Trading Desks, Platform account teams at DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, and Ad Networks to further monetize AnyClip’s premium pre-roll and mid-roll video inventory.

Responsibilities

●      Establishing new contacts and growing existing relationships, with a focus on an assigned client account base to maximize demand revenue

●      Meeting and ideally exceeding individual quarterly revenue targets and weekly KPIs for calls and meetings

●      Energetically pursuing Private Marketplace (PMP) deals from all designated leads

●      Proactively communicating market intelligence and client feedback to internal stakeholders, including the Director of Demand Sales and working closely with NYC based Senior Management Team

●      Ongoing interactions with our supply side Sales teams to effectively allocate video media budgets based on buyer requirements and trends

●      Collaborating internally across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams

●      Actively participating at industry conferences and traveling within the US when necessary

Requirements

●      4+ years of relevant professional work experience in a Sales role with a focus on Private Marketplace (PMP) deals and a strong understanding of Advertiser KPIs and requirements

●      An extensive Rolodex of contacts and existing relationships on the buy side of the business

●      Previous experience working at a Publisher or an Ad Tech platform and selling to programmatic clients

●      High performer, tenacious, with the belief that in person meetings are essential to building long-term client and partner relationships

●      Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

●      Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

●      Technical knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem

●      BA/BS degree or equivalent
